RSS Channel Writer – Software to Create, Edit, and Submit RSS Feeds
Do you have a blog or personal website and would like to keep your fans updated on all your posts? Or do you have a company and an official website and would like your customers to stay up to date on all the bits and pieces you make public? Well, you need to create an RSS feed.
The computer user can read that feed using a feed aggregator – my feed aggregator of choice is Google Reader. The feed aggregator fetches new content from a blog or website and presents it to the user. It is a lot easier and a lot faster than having to frequently visit the blog or website every day to find out what new content has been published. The feed aggregator gathers all the new content for the user, so he can see what’s new and visit the webpage only if he finds something new or particularly interesting.
I think we’ve established by now why you need to create an RSS feed. Now let’s focus on the how – as in how to create an RSS feed.
Emergency Soft has developed a piece of software called RSS Channel Writer that can perform this task in no time at all. Speaking of no time at all, RSS Channel Writer weighs in at little over 2MB, meaning the download will complete in a blink. With RSS Channel Writer you can easily create an RSS feed, you can edit an existing RSS feed and you can submit RSS feeds.
To create RSS feeds you would normally need to know how to use XML syntax. By using this Emergency Soft-developed application you don’t have to know such a thing. The only thing you need to know is how to use RSS Channel Writer. Speaking of which, the user interface (UI) is user-friendly and intuitive, making it a breeze to create, edit and submit RSS feeds.
